We will not accept any returned [garment and/or skincare] items that have been marked or damaged or used or returned without tags. Please take care to ensure clothing if tried on for size and fit in a clean indoor environment and does not come in contact with any makeup, perfume, food or drinks etc. If upon quality check, we see that the product has indeed been used, then a refund will not be offered.
Please note products marked as made to order can unfortunately not be returned or refundable as these made specifically for you.
Return shipping charges will be at buyers’ expense unless it is a faulty item. To avoid returns due to sizes, please contact us at email@example.com

Products returned by post or courier must be sent with a viable tracking number or registered post to qualify for a return or refund, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
As we are a small business, we prefer to offer store credits. Store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue, unless specified otherwise.
Refunds will be paid by 'refund to source account’, nominated bank account, credit/debit card used for the original purchase, PayPal account or store credit.
You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
You may be required to provide identification to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date your refund request was approved. Please note different financial institutions take longer to process payments which may delay the funds clearing in your account.
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to refund a credit card or payment method that is different from the one used for the purchase.
